Prochilo’s Cucina grew from a love of simple, honest Italian food and the belief that some of the best moments happen when people come together around a table.

Together with his wife Mirna, Nick brings that same spirit to every event — serving freshly made Italian-style pizza and panini in a relaxed, welcoming setting that feels less like traditional catering and more like having your own Italian cucina for the occasion.

Our mobile setup means your food is prepared and cooked fresh at your event, creating an experience your guests can enjoy as much as the food itself. We take care of the setup, cooking and service, so you can spend more time celebrating with your guests.

Based in Brisbane, we cater events throughout South East Queensland, from Noosa to Coolangatta.
